DJ enters his junior season as a playmaking wide receiver who has the ability to make an impact in multiple areas of the passing game. He is a receiver who can create problems for defenses with his ability to get open and make plays once the ball is in his hands. DJ shows the instincts and natural feel to find openings in coverage, while his ability to make plays after the catch adds another dimension to his game.
Darian looked good at the camp and showed why he was able to turn heads at wide receiver. He moved well through drills, showed clean route running, and consistently created separation when working against defenders. What stood out was his ability to stay composed and make plays when the ball came his way, finishing catches. Darian was later offered by Texas after camp.
Darian had a strong performance at the camp, standing out as a receiver with a blend of speed, agility, and reliable hands. In route-running drills, he displayed precise footwork and sharp breaks, consistently creating separation from defenders. During catching drills, Darian showed excellent body control, securing passes in stride and making contested catches look routine. I
