Daniel Figerski is a 6’2”, 189-pound wide receiver known for his physicality. While some project him as a safety at the next level, he’s carving out a hard-nosed, reliable wideout role.
Figerski thrives on contact. He’s strong at the catch point and rarely goes down on first contact. His routes are solid, and his football IQ stands out as he consistently finds soft spots in zones to get open. His physical playstyle also makes him a valuable asset in other facets—he’s unafraid to block, go over the middle, or handle the gritty tasks that coaches love.
With improving route running and his fearless approach, Figerski is a rising 2026 playmaker to keep an eye on in North Jersey.

. Figurski uses all of his body – arms, head, and limbs – to sell route fakes. He can also make contested grabs by high pointing the ball and nearly exclusively uses his hands to catch the ball. While falling down or being tackled, we see that Figurski maintains possession both through contact and to the ground, demonstrating that he has strong hands. When his quarterback finds himself in trouble, the rising junior receiver does a great job of attacking the ball in the air as it is sent his way. Similarly, Figurski is able to find soft spots in zone coverage to sit in until his quarterback finds him.
