Connor Jackson | Prep Redzone Scout
Smaller stature, but long limbs and lanky build indicate he might not be done growing. Loose athlete with some juice after the catch. Really impressive body control and ball tracking skills given his size. Already holds several FBS offers after productive freshman year. Good now and still has his best ball ahead of him.

Parrott was a highly productive freshman on both sides of the ball last fall and is looking to build off that success as a sophomore. He comes in at 5’9 160 with long limbs. When you combine with his young age, you have a guy who doesn’t appear to be done growing. He projects long-term as a receiver, he is simply too dangerous as a playmaker. He drives hard off the line and is a smooth accelerator through release points. He is a smooth, fluid athlete who can tap into different gears with the ball in his hands. He flashed impressive body control and go-get-it ability as a freshman at his size. I am expecting Parrott to continue generating FBS/P4 buzz as he grows.

– Call it an old school eye, but if you’re wearing jersey #1 you better be able to play a little ball. Rest assured, Parrot dawned that #1 jersey and more than earned it
– A returner from last year’s team, Parrot started on both sides of the ball as a wide receiver and safety during the Future Stars Game event
– In the championship game against Florida, Parrot caught a pass and had a stellar catch and run for a touchdown as a wideout
– On the defensive side of the ball, also got his paws on an errant pass and hauled in an interception in the W over The Sunshine State

Demarien Parrott of Atlanta won the MVP award in the 7th grade session. Parrott is a long and extremely athletic receiver. He was explosive in and out of his breaks on his routes and showed excellent hands when the ball was in the air. Standing 5-8 and already a sub 5 un the 40, he has a very bright future.
