Just like he did at the PA Classic, Dalton impressed once again in New Jersey at the Garden State Gridiron 7v7. Mourar emerged as a difference maker in the third game with his ability to impact the offenses movement down the field. He delivered one of the standout plays of the day, securing a catch away from his body through traffic and taking it down to the 1-yard line, setting up a touchdown on the very next snap. With a tall, athletic build and a natural feel for creating separation, Mourar consistently found ways to get open and make himself a reliable option in key moments.

Keep an eye on Dalton Mourar this weekend. This marks the second straight 7v7 that I’ll get the chance see him in action, and this time he’ll be stepping up to line up with the 15u group. Dalton emerged as the go to target for Swag 14u last weekend. Nearly every deep ball seemed to find its way to him, and he consistently delivered, whether it was creating separation on sharp routes or finishing plays in the end zone. Now facing older competition, Dalton is in a perfect spot to show his game translates and is a player to watch closely once again.

Dalton Mourar Dalton Mourar PA was easily the most consistent pass catcher of the entire morning across all of 14u and the favorite target for both of his QBs. It seemed like nearly every deep ball went Dalton’s way, and for good reason, he caught them all. Early on he ran a few corner route and was able to shake the defender on his break to get open. However the play went the other direction. He and Adrian were finally able to connect and Dalton was able to bring it into the end zone for the score. He also scored another touchdown Saturday morning where Dalton had to really stretch out to reel the ball in, showing how athletically gifted he is. If you need a WR with reliable, strong hands, Dalton is your guy.
