About Cullen

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Prioritze reads on pass plays depending on coverage, width and depth of safeties, identify the MOF defender on pass plays. If my receiver buys grass early I'm not wasting time I want to move the chains. If I need to extend plays with my legs adding leverage for my receviers. I practice backfield mechanics so the defense has to make a choice improving our ground game.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm focused, disciplined and believe more in preparation mental, and physical more than anything else. l let the game come to me I'm more focused on field position, down and distance than making big plays. Big plays happen when you're just prepared mentally to compete. I'm pretty calm and don't get flustered under pressure.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I love Science and History and spend time outside the classroom furthering my knowlege in both.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I believe my team understands I am willing to accept responsibilty for execution on the field. I communicate with offensive line and skill positions during the game. I thank and encourage our defense every time they come off the field I thank them for the posession. I am 4% of either side of the ball, even less with special teams but my job starts with the responsibility of mental preparation

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Fortunately not really I have a wonderful family and life. I have a big loving, very traditional family and I feel very blessed. I've learned to never be afraid to be seen struggling to make myself better and never be afraid, at any age, to start anything at zero. Everything in life is cumulative.

What type of college are you looking for?

My brother is an incredibly talented Division I Quarterback. We're share similar physical and mental traits, size, speed, and the way we think so I am grateful for that and have my sights set on an FBS culture where I can really make a differrence in an offense where I can leverage with my talents. I am a dual threat quarterback, however I am a student of the game.
