About Cristos

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Competitive, dual-threat quarterback who plays with confidence, composure, and leadership. Can extend plays with athleticism, make throws on the run, and attack defenses vertically while still taking care of the football. Style combines toughness, high football IQ, and the ability to create explosive plays both inside and outside the pocket.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Driven, competitive, and team-oriented. Calm but confident presence, stays composed under pressure, and leads by example through his work ethic and preparation. Off the field, coachable, disciplined, and focused on constantly improving while supporting teammates and building strong relationships within the program.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Actively involved in academics and leadership opportunities within school community while balancing the demands of being a student-athlete. Earned recognition for work ethic, character, and commitment in both the classroom and athletics, and take pride in representing team and school at a high level.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through football and academics, developed strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Playing quarterback has taught how to stay composed under pressure, hold myself accountable, and lead teammates with confidence and consistency. Learned the importance of discipline, preparation, resilience, and supporting those around both on and off the field.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced was transferring high schools while also dealing with a season-ending broken arm. Adjusting to a new school, new teammates, and a new system was already difficult, and getting injured during that process tested me mentally and emotionally. Not being able to compete was frustrating, but it taught me resilience, patience, and how to stay positive through adve

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that offers the highest level of academics and athletics while still being close to home in California. Finding the right balance between a strong football program, competitive academics, player development, and a supportive culture is very important to me. I want to compete at a high level while also being challenged academically and preparing myself to get drafted.
