He has good coverage skills and was able to defend the pass well in critical situations. He also showcased his speed coming off the edge. D’Amelio delivered some hard hits and was a reliable tackler. This upcoming season he will be playing inside linebacker. D’Amelio is expected to be a true sideline to sideline player and be extremely disruptive all season long.
