Hall checks into our updated rankings as a WL prospect and one of the top 2029 kids across the bay area region. He is a very explosive and dynamic athlete with the ball in his hands and can play on either side of the ball with plenty of room to grow and develop and it will be interesting to see where Moreau Catholic pieces him in next fall. Heading into his second season in 2026, he should have a breakout year and be one of the top ’29 players across the region.

. Both are smaller Wide Receivers, yet are very impressive when it comes to quickness. During the 2024 season, Hall Jr. proved to be a dynamic playmaker on both sides of the ball. Offensively is where I’ve seen the most film and I like what I see. Though he is certainly on the smaller side, his on-field production and pre-draft combine numbers are extremely strong.
