He will line up in the slot, out wide, in the backfield, and doubles as a productive returner. Orr is twitchy and has impressive foot speed, he can shake defenders in the short area and is difficult to corral. Long term, he will project out as a slot receiver or a scat back option at RB. Regardless, he is a D1 caliber playmaker and is backing it up on tape.
