Neal moves remarkably well for a big guard and he’s at his best when he gets to pull and clear out a hole. He delivers hits with plenty of pop and I really like the way he gets downfield in the running game. He can drive players back and he’ll occasionally stay engaged too long before climbing to the next level, something that’s easily correctable and speaks more to his willingness to be physical in the running game.
