Cooper is a linebacker that not only is productive in pass coverage at linebacker, but is one that I would certainly say has a bigger range area than he might get credit for from my eyes on tape. The 5’11 175 pounder from Wolsey-Wessington, is also productive with his physicality when he makes contact as he plays bigger than those measurables show for sure. Cooper is also one that has position flexibility for college coaches to look at on both sides of the ball, as his best fit is at linebacker but in my eyes I could also see him playing in the secondary as safety with high upside.
