Jones can play either outside linebacker or defensive end and should fit nicely out on the edge in college. He is a quick twitched and active pass rusher that can explode off the edge, turn the corner quickly and win inside if needed with a variety of pass rush moves in his toolbox and is a high motor kid that can make plays backside and chase ball carriers in the open field. Jones shows he can snap out, strike and eat up blocks while reading blocks quickly and can dent to take on pullers and uses his length well to keep blockers of his chest. Heading into the second half of the year he will be one of the states top defenders and checks into our rankings as a top 85 overall player in Idaho.
