I can’t lie, Cooper is another athlete on our 2028 list out of Hettinger/Scranton that I feel has great upside, and ordering his best plays in a highlight reel would do him a lot of justice. What you see on tape is a prospect that has a good and growing football IQ as he persistently seems to always be in the right spot at the rgiht time to make a play on the ball, which you’ll see Cooper takes the ball away often. He’s got more range in my eyes than he gets credit for as a defensive back and even though he labels himself as a WR on Hudl, he’s one that surely fits the mold as a safety.
