Cooper was dealt a season ending injury after five weeks of football in 2025, but the ’27 DB was able to pile up 13 tackles, 5 PBUs, and a pick during that half of a season. This summer will be huge for Cooper. Not only to showcase more of his coverage skills, but to also leave no doubt he is 100% following that injury. A lot of his junior highlights focus on his ability to keep things in front of him and then reading and bursting to close on the football. This summer I am hoping to see more clips of live reps of him showing that he can turn and run with receivers and I am also looking forward to seeing what type of numbers he can put up during combine portions of camps.
