About Connor

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style as a pocket passing/gunslinger. I can throw the ball over safeties and zip passes in small windows. I also have speed and keep my eyes down field when I roll out.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a mentally tough person who never quits. I take pride in putting in the most effort, and I am always looking to motivate others and lead by example. I am disciplined and punctual in both athletically and academically setting the standard for my teammates and peers.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in the Leadership Academy and am on the honor roll.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed many different leadership qualities such as being hardworking and motivating. I have also learned to be a servant leader—helping my teammates succeed and be the best version of themselves. I think all these qualities create strong bonds and loyalty within the team.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced many challenges on the field such as learning a new offense, switching teams, and playing as a backup for a season. All of these struggles helped me build the foundation for the player I am today.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a prestigious division 1 college with a solid coaching staff that can help me become the player I know I can be. I also would like to go to a college with a team that has a hardworking culture that will build the best and most driven players.

Connor Farris Connor Farris Connor Farris 6'0" | 175 lbs | QB Nixa | 2028 State MO came in and demonstrated his ability to attack the deep area of the field with a nice deep ball. He demonstrated good footwork in his 1-3 step drops, utilizing his quick release. Farris displayed solid ball placement in the short-to-intermediate areas of the field as well. A lot of 2028 quarterbacks impressed, and he was one of them.
