Outzen is one of the more polished route runners and reliable catchers in the class. I’ve watched him dominate the 7v7 scene for years, and now it’s about putting everything together in Friday-night performances for college coaches to evaluate. He has the tools to contribute as both a deep threat and an intermediate target, and his ability to work in the red zone adds to his appeal. Route discipline and reliable hands can go a long way in the recruiting process, particularly when those traits show up consistently against varsity competition. Outzen is a breakout candidate worth tracking as he looks to turn his offseason reputation into a strong junior campaign.
