Playing under center, Lindsay completed 60 passes for 848 yards and six touchdowns, also scoring three touchdowns as a runner.

Serving as a one-high safety on the backend of the defense, Lindsay was entrusted to diagnose plays and read the quarterback’s eyes. Doing so, Lindsay finished the year with eight pass breakups and two interceptions, including a pick-six. In the open field, he was elusive with the ball in his hands, making for a big play when he grabbed a turnover.
