About Colin

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a small shifty player. I will get into open space and get you more yards after catch. On the defensive side I am a ball hawk. I will find a way to get you the ball back no matter if it is interceptions or making tackles in big or little situations.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am the underdog and I am always striving to be better than the guy ahead of me. I want to be the best and will work and work till I am. People and coaches will over look me but I put in the work till they notice me. On the field I am always looking to win and be a leader.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am in 2 clubs at school. I am in student ambassadors and key club.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Leadership is a big thing I like to use. I want to push my teammates and I to get better and all work hard. I want us to win and it takes all of us on the team to be able to win.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I had surgery on my intestines whenever I was 12. I lost a lot of strength and I played hockey during this. I played my first year of football after this surgery and worked as hard as I could but the coaches did not give me a chance. So I worked during the offseason and the next year I was the best receiver in the league. After that I had a work ethic that I never had before and I got better.
