Omaha Concordia’s Cole Hynek Cole Hynek 6'2" | 210 lbs | ATH Omaha Concordia | 2027 State NE is a very interesting prospect who will look to bounce back after only playing in six games. Cole is listed as a QB, RB, and LB, with linebacker or an H-back role looking like the best fit for him at the next level. He ended his junior season with 46 carries, 335 rushing yards, 95 receiving yards, three rushing touchdowns, a receiving touchdown, a passing touchdown, 38 tackles, a TFL, and a sack. Hynek has the size that coaches will look for with a strong 6’2″, 210-pound frame. Offensively, I can see Cole in an H-back type role where he can run the ball, catch it out of the backfield, or use his size to block in pass protection. Hynek is quite the handful to tackle when he gets his momentum going and can easily break through weak arm tackles. He possesses great contact balance and plays with a low pad level, making it even harder to tackle him. Defensively, Hynek knows how to use his bigger frame to blow up blocks at the LOS and then continues his tireless pursuit. Tons of upside and tools to work with here!
