Gamble has been fantastic this season amassing an insane 2,037 rushing yards and 30 touchdowns  on the ground with an additional 11 receptions for 190 yards and a touchdown through the air as well. Gamble has been a massive part of this team’s success for the last two seasons and has become a great prospect throughout the process. Recently, Gamble has picked up some preferred walk-on offers from Alabama and Florida, it’ll be exciting to see where he ends up next year!

Gamble’s endurance was remarkable, maintaining his explosive running style deep into the fourth quarter. His pass protection skills were also on display, picking up blitzes and giving the quarterback crucial extra seconds. In addition to his rushing and receiving talents, Gamble showed a high football IQ, identifying and exploiting weaknesses in the defensive alignments. His ability to change direction without losing speed made him a constant threat, especially on outside runs and screen plays. He consistently broke tackles, highlighted by a 10-yard run where he shrugged off multiple defenders for a touchdown. Even though the outcome wasn’t what he wanted, but he’s literally top 5 best running back in the state!

Cole Gamble Cole Gamble RB Mountain Brook | 2024 State AL has been an unbelievable running back for Mountain Brook for not just this year but the last two seasons. Gamble put up over 2000 yards last year and this year he is on pace to repeat the same feat with how much he has been dominating. So far this season, Gamble has been unstoppable- rushing the ball 157 times for 1,223 yards and an impressive 17 touchdowns. Gamble has a powerful running style and a knack for finding the end zone- it’s extremely difficult for defenses to slow him down. In addition to his physicality, Gamble also has a great burst and the speed to help separate from defenders- he has a bunch of elusiveness and can outrun everyone in the open field. Thankfully, Gamble’s talent has been getting recognized recently, he has picked up offers from Eastern Michigan and Navy!
