Clifton Barber Jr. is another standout in Carroll County at Carrollton Middle School out of the 2031 class. His ability at the running back position is second to none in his class and with his size and ability, he is automatically an eye-catcher. He has an uncanny ability to run off scrimmage utilizing vision, burst and explosiveness heading into the second and third level of a defense. He’s a supreme talent to watch for this season.
