Stratton has taken a big step in year 3 and looks stronger and more dominant in the running game. He’s blowing guys off the ball and creating big running lanes for the backs. He does a good job finishing his blocks and plays with a physical edge up front. I like the way he’s starting to take control of reps and set the tone for the offensive line. He’s become a leader up front, and the jump from year 2 to year 3 is clear.

Stratton has a developing, thick frame that gives him a solid foundation up front. He’s at his best in the running game, where his strength and physicality really show up. He has a strong upper body, generates good movement at the point of attack, and plays with the kind of mentality you want from an offensive lineman. He likes to finish blocks and put defenders into the dirt whenever he gets the chance. That edge to his game stands out, and it’s the kind of trait that often separates good linemen from really good ones.

The final offensive lineman in the state of Kentucky who has stood out to me and is still seeking their first offer is Clayton Stratton Clayton Stratton 6'1" | 275 lbs | OL/DL Anderson County | 2028 State KY . Stratton had an impressive sophomore year at left tackle where he proved to be a dominant run blocker. He is very impressive in open space, showing the ability to pull from the tackle spot and pick up blocks with ease in the open field. Stratton also does a great job of getting to the second level with a sense of urgency to pick up blocks on long runs. In pass protection, Clayton has shown the footwork to mirror opposing pass rushers with ease while also maintaining a strong base while absorbing contact. Stratton will be a player worth keeping an eye on as he continues to develop over the next two seasons.
