Serra (Gardena) two-way star CJ McBean CJ McBean 6'2" | 185 lbs | DB Serra | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to Idaho on September 24.

McBean leads Serra in receiving this season with 488 yards and four touchdowns. Defensively, McBean has 42 tackles with a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.

He chose Idaho over five other schools that offered him including Northern Arizona, Oregon State and San Diego State. McBean is the third player from California in Idaho’s 2025 recruiting class.
