There was something about the way Christopher Spence Christopher Spence 5'7" | 165 lbs | RB/ATH Archbishop Stepinac | 2029 State NY ran that differentiated himself from the rest of the event roster. I thought that Spence looked absolutely effortless when running, like he did not labor or struggle whatsoever; however, Spence need be reminded to prioritize ball security when he is competing and going through drill work.

Spence plays for Archbishop Stepinac, and standing at 5’6″ 155-Pounds, displaying a solid build for a RB. I want to see him reach the 180-Pound mark throughout High School to help fill out his build.

Film on Spence is limited, but I did manage to find film of his 8th Grade Season. While this film is old, we will be taking a look at it for this article. Spence displays excellent footwork, and can slow plays down at the LOS. He showcases the ability to make sharp cuts, and move the ball upfield. He can attack the ground on each rep, and reaches his top speed with ease.

Archbishop Stepinac has a good history of solid ball carriers, and Spence has all the makings of the next best back to hail from the Crusaders.
