Here’s another DB prospect to monitor closely. Warren Township’s Christopher McBride caught my attention early with his lengthy frame (6’6″ wingspan) and strong testing numbers, including a 4.65 40-yard dash, 4.53 shuttle drill, 9’10” broad jump, and a 7.31 L-drill. Like Stewart, McBride plays a physical game that sees him successfully pressing receivers at the line of scrimmage and can use his length to break up passes. Good fluidity in his hips when changing direction, along with clean footwork from his backpedal to when he’s breaking with the receiver.
