How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Aggressive yet technical. A student of the game.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Level headed individual hard working and determined to be the best that I can be. Also willing to do the work needed to be the best.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in my church in the youth choir, young people’s division and church school. I have received awards at school for academics and leadership.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have great teamwork skills. I was able to use them as I participated in a bridge building club. I have volunteered in the community garden. I have learned to be a leader in the classroom and on the field as my teachers and coaches depend on me to help others.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, I was diagnosed with Epilepsy during pre-season of my 12U year. I didn’t know if I was ever going to be able to play football again and that hurt! After a lot of praying and research, I was able to return to the game within a few weeks. I recently started my own brand with the help of my family to bring awareness to Epilepsy. UNSHKN: Grounded in Faith, Unmoved by Fear!

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking to attend a 4 year Division 1 college/university in one of the Power 4 conferences.

When looking at the most complete class of 2030 linemen in Delaware — both offensively and defensively — Christopher Gomez has to be near the top of any list. A starter at both Right Guard and Defensive Tackle in June 2025’s All-Delaware Bowl, Gomez was an instant standout when watching the game. Possesses a high-cut lower body and powerful upper body. Long arms. Athletic for his size. After dominating the competition in Delaware over the last few years (All-Delaware Bowl Linemen MVP in ’24, set the record for pancake blocks (11) in ’23), Gomez will suit up for the Maryland Heat in 2025, leaving the Kent County Stallions.
