Matt Di Domenico | Prep Redzone Scout
A wide receiving merchant that does not go down on first contact. Christian Lacrocca consistently emerged as a playmaker within his offense, producing at a high level. Straightaway, the ability to run double moves and execute creative routes that generate 4-5 yards of separation was amazing to see. Therefore, on short breaking-in, out, or dig routes, making a play after the catch is unleashed. His smooth, expanding route tree paired with quick hips and feet allows him to change direction at a fast level. Operating in the Y receiver role or even out at the boundary pronounced his flexibility. Strong hands at the point of the catch, especially in red zone situations. Altogether, an explosive weapon!

Standing at 6’1″ 185-Pounds, Larocca displays an excellent build for the WR position. Like Chiesi, Larocca is also a receiver with Hands Of Gold in the state of NY.
On film, Larocca displays elite body control. He can jump up and make 50/50 catches look easy and come down with possession through contact and have toe touch sideline grabs. He is a fierce competitor and plays aggressive during 1v1 reps. He is a strong pass catcher who can take a hit and bounce of tacklers for big gains.
The Xavierian Sophomore will be a top target for Senior QB Terrance Watson. With elite QB-WR play, we could be looking at one of the top duos in the Catholic League.

is a do-it-all chess piece within his offense, consistently showing off his “hands of gold” across his tape in multiple aspects. Moreover, LaRocca was able to flash jump ball catches and sideline toe tappers on tape. Displaying his late hands was a major factor. His willingness to be physically aggressive at the catch point while draped by DBs in coverage. As a result, he is versatile in the short, intermediate, and deep portions of the passing game, as his clutch hands showed up in all aspects. This is a clutch receiver that will be reliable for his team into the future.
