According to his stats, Chris has a tremendous 2023 season. 12 pass breakups are nothing to scoff at, especially in the uber-difficult catholic league. Most notably, I really like Chris’s press coverage. There are a few schools like OLSM, Belleville, and Rouge that know how to coach press. On top of that, Chris seems to have good ball skills once the ball is thrown his way. I’m not sure how his change of direction or overall athleticism are, but I am optimistic about his athleticism. It’s also notable to say that Chris is a decent run-stopper. He works to shed blocks, and is an alright tackler.
Maybe his height is an issue for some schools, but I generally like his tape so much that I’d say Chris is a fringe D2 prospect.
