Gilbreath had 1,249 yards receiving with 11 touchdowns for a Mayfair team that won the Southern Section Division 7 championship which earned him Prep Redzone All-Southern California Sophomore team honors.

He is explosive as a route runner and frequently just runs by defenders in man coverage. He’s good at high-pointing the ball and making plays in traffic.

Gilbreath has good instincts after the catch as well and can put defenders on the ground with his wiggle. He has offers from San Diego, Washington State and San Diego State among others.
