Works primarily out of gun, has a great feel for long-developing passing concepts, is comfortable in the pocket due to size and athleticism, so Kissell has no problem waiting/stalling to throw a deep shot downfield. A safety prospect at the next level, is comfortable playing inside the front seven. Can double as a run-supporting big body and a ball-hawking center fielder. Capable of running zone-read keepers, a smart player who can key the correct defender in these situations. Works well with Reilly and Gates in impromptu situations. A ton of downfield shots, an opposing defense is going to have to limit downfield shots by either pressuring Kissell in the pocket, or playing with an umbrella/shell in the secondary.
