Chase had an impressive showing this past weekend in GC’s scrimmage vs Concordia Prep. He had some strong tackles, one for a TFL and even had a pick six.

He is quick to react off the snap, identify and close on ball. On his TFL he shot the gap and showed smooth lateral movement to strafe, breakdown and tackle through the ball carrier. His interception he was in good position in coverage after a tip ball came his when. He went up attacked the ball in the air and immediately took it to the house. Chase is an ILB with good speed whether it’s coming downhill in run support or playing out in space/coverage. Chase is a strong D2 money kid who will be a contributor at the next level no matter where he goes.
