Charlie Baxter Charlie Baxter 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Christian Heritage | 2029 State GA is one I have covered many times, and he has always been a special signal caller but even as a freshman, he has proven to be just that. He has had a terrific year and just last week, the freshman phenom threw for 276 yards and rushed for nearly 100 yards and two touchdowns. Baxter is a name to really follow. He’s an outstanding player and is already one of the best quarterbacks in the Peach State!
