He’s a big interior prospect with a wide frame who started at center last season, which speaks to his ability as a young player. Proctor showed power and physicality as a first-year starter at a difficult position to play, especially as a young player, which speaks to his future outlook as a prospect.

Jefferson has a pair of 2027 offensive linemen in the Top 75, with the second being Channing Proctor Channing Proctor Channing Proctor 6'2" | 290 lbs | OL/DL Jefferson | 2027 State WV . The 6’2 290 big man took over at center this season for the Cougars, and it appears they have a 3-year starter talent with Proctor. He has the ideal frame and size for all three interior offensive line positions and could slide over to guard in the future. Proctor will need to keep progressing with his footwork and athleticism, and if he can, his ceiling as a prospect will rise immensely. He’s shown the potential in the other facets of his game to develop into a top OL prospect in this class.
