Jenkins is a speedy guy from Grenada who we have seen clock a 4.4 and 4.5 at the same combine. We are thinking that he is a player who is going to have a breakout career on the junior college level. Jenkins needs to work on having more control in his release from the line. With the speed that he has, he will be more dangerous once he learns how to control it. Jenkins is a magician with the football in his hands. It is also very hard for guys to be able to catch him when he decides it is his time to make a big play.
