Champ makes his 29 rankings debut as the #3 overall WR in the class and is a player with tons of potential for the future. A playmaker from the slot or lined up out wide, Champ shows excellent footwork in both his route running and RAC. Very smooth/fluid runner, he plays light on his feet able to seamlessly transition out of breaks & change direction in the open field. An effective WR across all three levels of the passing game, Champ gets it done all over the field. He shows natural hands and isn’t shy of contact, will make tough catch look easy.

A player that could has a breakout sophomore season as he gets more varsity reps next fall for SJC. Champ is one I am excited to see more of his game going forward & continue to compete for the #1 WR spot in the 29 class.
