Then his athleticism is off the charts as well. He moves extremely well, making plays all over the field. He can also play as an edge defender, allowing him to pass-rush and disrupt the offense even more. He is also a talented tight end with excellent receiver skills. Flynn is a talented player in the 2027 class.

He also does a good job of reading his keys and triggering downhill. He has a great feel for the game as he can make plays in or near the line of scrimmage. He also shows a good ability in pass coverage. On one play, the offense ran a screen pass, and Flynn read it perfectly and made an interception. Flynn’s ability to be patient and wait for the screen to happen, and then pounce on the interception. Flynn shows a consistent ability as a linebacker.

Chase Flynn was a tackling machine Friday night for Freeport in a 28-0 win over Indiana. He had 15 tackles, as he made tackles all night for his team. He is an excellent run stopper between the tackles. His ability to fly around and make plays is excellent. He is also a good tackler, who makes ball carriers feel it when he tackles them. He also shows good ability as a tight end. He does a good job moving all over the formation to block defenders. I like how he leads up and blocks on run plays. The other part of his game is his ability to catch the ball. He only caught one pass, but there is potential for more catches. Flynn is a good prospect who should only improve going forward.
