Loudoun County’s Carter Scruggs Carter Scruggs 6'6" | 290 lbs | OL Loudoun County | 2026 State VA is a top recruit nationwide for the class of 2026 so it should be no surprise that he picked up an offer from Oklahoma over the weekend. Scruggs has close to (if not higher) 20 FBS offers including Alabama, Penn State. Clemson and Duke. Not sure if he is making his commitment anytime soon but I would bet he will wait out to see how this off-season unfolds. The second ranked recruit in the Virginia class of 2026 sure has plenty of options.
