Carter is a swiss-army knife out of Harrisburg that in our eyes carries a ton of upside in this 2029 class with already ideal next-level size that could grow even more. The 6’1 180 pounder is one of best high traffic pass-catchers in the state at the moment as his mix of vertical and athleticism blend well from what I saw on tape. If you want a durable pass catcher that already can gain yards thru contact, Carter is one that you will want to watch this fall as he shows peeks at it on his 8th grade tape, but my gut feeling he’s gotten even better over the last several months of training and with 7v7. WR target surely to track his development this fall out of Tigers Country that has stockrising capability in this 2029 SD class.
