With very good height and frame, Carter is an Offensive Tackle prospect who has quickly earned himself several Power 4 offers. His footwork and hand placement stand out to me in his film as he can set the block and sustain it with his very good strength and leg drive. He excelled in Gap blocking, where he can enforce his will on defensive linemen. He has the athleticism to Zone block and get to the second level. Most of his tape is run blocking, but the little bit of pass protection we see makes the case that he can succeed at the P4 level with development. It is not hard to see why many schools are after his commitment.
