Carson Thomas Carson Thomas 6'7" | 220 lbs | DL Grant Park | 2025 State CAD is a really solid DE prospect and he has borderline freakish measurables for the position. Thomas still needs to add weight and strength and really grow into his body but it is undeniable that he has elite length and for a player who is that long and even lanky showcases good athleticism and movement skills off the edge. At 6’7 Thomas utilizes his length to keep offensive tackles at a distance and does a really good job of getting around the edge while using one arm to stab and hold OTs. His length also helps him finish and makes it very difficult for quarterbacks to evade his sack/tackle attempts. The measurables are very intriguing and some key skillsets on tape helped Thomas jump up our rankings.

Carson is a 6’5 linebacker that not only shows the length with his measurables, but shows it off on tape significantly as well. I like what I see out of his plethora of moves, especially his swim move  as there is plenty of agility that goes in with all the length he offers with his dexterity. With Carson there is also excellent lower body length that shows off plenty of fluidity when he throttles downhill. Offensively, Carson needs only a small window of opportunity to work as a pass-catcher. I see with the development and growth of his frame, Carson has a future as an EDGE rusher as I like his next-level upside.
