Noy posted massive numbers as a freshman on varsity throwing for 30 touchdowns and 2,700 yards. He has excellent size already at 6’5″ and 190 pounds.  Moves well within the pocket and can throw off platform.  Bit of a low and long release but he has time to tighten that up.  Like the footwork and ability to shift his weight on throws.  Throws the ball well to multiple levels with good timing and anticipation. Zip on his passes along with putting the necessary touch on deeper passes.  Evades rushers and can scramble for a first down when needed.
