About Carlton

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Crafty separator with strong route IQ, efficient movement, and the versatility to play both inside and outside.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a quiet competitor who focuses on working hard and letting my play speak for itself. I stay disciplined, coachable, and always look for ways to improve my game.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I compete with QCA in 7v7 and spend a lot of time training to improve my game outside of team practices. I was also honored with the Lance Brown Award, which recognizes being a team-first player and someone who consistently puts the team before individual success.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong reliability, teamwork, and leadership qualities. My teammates and coaches know they can depend on me to always do the right thing and handle my responsibilities. I also help out in my church, which has helped me grow in character and service to others.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One challenge I’ve faced is that I only started playing football about two years ago. Because of that, I had to learn and develop quickly to compete with players who had been playing much longer. During my first year on varsity I didn’t see much playing time, but I stayed patient, kept working, and focused on improving every day.
