Captain Best Captain Best 6'6" | 225 lbs | TE Mandeville | 2028 State LA is the highest-ranked prospect on the list when it comes to the class of 2028. He is a great player when it comes to his height, which is one major factor as to why he is ranked so highly, as he is a 6’6 frame with the opportunity to grow even more.
