His backpedal was smooth and fluid, especially impressive given his size, and he transitioned with clean change of direction ability. Morgan eliminated airspace with an expansive playmaking radius, using his wingspan and closing speed to contest nearly everything thrown his way. On the goal line, he defended like a rim protector in basketball — high-pointing passes and shrinking windows. Day 2 belonged to him defensively.

He is fluid in the hips, turning and running in different directions to chase after receivers. His 12.65 100M might not indicate him being a burner, but he looks faster on tape. He is super challenging to make plays over at the catch point due to his combination of verticality and ball skills.
