and Columbia have had a bounce-back season with 5 games. They qualified for the District 3 Playoffs, where they will face Steelton-Highspire. They will have a hard time defeating Steelton-Highspire, but if they have a chance, it rests on the skills of McClair. McClair is a dynamic quarterback who makes plays with his feet and his legs. He has a good arm, and he keeps plays alive by scrambling around. He also makes plays all over the field as a defender. They need him to do it all to get the victory.

is a good player in the class of 2027. He is the starting quarterback and defensive back for Columbia. He has a big arm and throws a great ball. His ability to put touch on the ball on deep balls is excellent. He is also a good athlete who runs for tough yards. On defense, he does a good job of making plays all over the field. McClair is having a great season, helping Columbia win 3 games this season, with a few more chances to get wins going forward.

is a talented quarterback who is a good athlete as well. On a team that has struggled the last few years, McClair has been a bright spot for Columbia. In getting its 1st win of the season against York Vo Tech, McClair rushed for 2 touchdowns as well as throwing for a touchdown. He is a great athlete who can run and throw at a high level. His ability to throw on the run is excellent. He can also throw from the pocket. McClair is a talented player in the 2027 class.

is a good quarterback and athlete in the 2027 class. He has all the tools to play at a high level going forward. Last week he and his teammates lost 42-6 to Eastern York. They are trying to rebound this week when they play at Donegal. McClair I expect to step up and play at a high level for Columbia. He has all the tools to be successful.

Cameron McCair is a legit quarterback for Columbia. McClair has good mechanics and does a good job setting his feet and throwing the ball. McClair throws a beautiful deep ball. He puts the perfect amount of touch on the ball. McClair also showed the ability to read the defense and know exactly where he wants to put the ball. McClair showed a lot of poise last year and I expect him to play even better going forward.

I wrote up McClair’s tape back in December, won’t do so again. Intriguing prospect who debuts inside the Top 100. Going to be tough to maintain this grade, the top 100 is usually reserved for FBS/FCS prospects. Excited to see if he can hold this grade with years left under his belt. Great debut. Here’s what I wrote on McClair a couple months back.rn
Can station as a WR or Safety, can serve as Columbia’s QB which a ton of tape showcases. Can kick for Columbia as well. Multi-faceted game out of Freshman Cameron McClair
. A whopping 26-minute tape full of production fully encompasses the athlete behind center at Columbia. Freshman tape is sadly in chronological order, not best plays first, so it’s tough to fully convey his complete skillset unless you watch his entire 26-minute tape. The young man unlocks the ability to attack a defense vertically. First game has him launching deep balls for scores with minimal hitch. Mechanics look clean when pressure is contained. Kicks XPs after TDs. Operates in a spread offense, is often asked to move his platform to throw, or tuck and run outside the tackles. Is willing to throw into coverage, there’s confidence but the young man should tone down some of his tosses into triple coverage. Good athlete, makes him a good improviser when things go awry. High release, lets go of the ball near the top fo his facemask. Heavy producer for just a freshman, likely to stay that way if he stays at Columbia for four years.
