I first encountered young Cam Johnson at the you are athlete camp a couple years ago. Since then I have had the privilege of watching this young man in his Freshman year, and he has only improved his game. Johnson has one of the fastest get offs in the state of Missouri. He’s so quick off the snap opposing offensive lineman are startled on his attack and violent hands it’s so overwhelming to blockers.

Johnson played great on JV and even gained quite a bit of playing time on Varsity as a Freshman. I expect Johnson to be in the starting rotation for his CBC squad.

Johnson is just scratching the surface of his potential.

He was so impressive watching him pop out of his stance, he plays with his head on fire with a motor that runs blazing hot all the time. Johnson also sports an already refined bag of pass rushing moves that is rare to see at such a young age. He was a problem for offensive lineman in the lineman challenge because of his ability to get on them so quickly.

Johnson really turned some heads out there amongst the scouting community and he should be proud of what he accomplished.
