Camaree Gooden is a talented ATH from Gardendale who’s starting to see his name get out there more.
“Gooden is a physical outside corner who finds ways to come up with stops against the run and pass nearly every down. Gooden is excellent at quickly identifying and reacting to plays, he consistently puts himself in great position to help his defense make plays. Against the run, Gooden is terrific in pursuit and quickly closes in on RBs to make tackles for little to no gain.
Gooden is even more dominant against the pass- he has a knack for getting his hands on the ball and jarring free passes from WRs. It’s seriously impressive watching him in coverage; he’s a physical DB who dominates in man-to-man and consistently wears down WRs to make huge plays on the ball.“
