About Caleb

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I have a huge frame at 6'8 and tons of power at 280lbs - but am super flexible and quick on my feet. My football IQ is high. I hit hard and fast and continue to drive through the whistle.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am very focused with high expectations but also a laid-back person. I love the game of football, love my family and am passionate about the things I am involved in on and off the field.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Principal’s Honor Roll, 2023, 2024 GHS Student Council Treasurer, 2024-25 All-Region in Band on Clarinet, 2023, 2024 Region and Area in UIL Academic Competition, 2023, 2024 Sounds of Texas Band, performing in 6 European countries, 2023 Gunter HS One Act Play, 2023, 2024 Participated in Hadestown, Wonka, Putnam County Spelling Bee and Thirteen musicals

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Leadership comes naturally to me - and I've had the privilege to hold roles like Student Council President, etc. But I am passionate about serving in my church - both in our youth program and on our summer mission trips. And team is everything - in football, basketball, in theatre or whatever I am a part of.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Last year I broke both hands in football. Played through the first break (with it casted) but had to sit out for a few weeks when I broke the second one. Not being able to be on the field allowed me to be a leader on the sideline and gave me a greater appreciation for getting to play this game.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that has great football and academics with a great culture and incredible staff.

Brian is an offensive lineman who brings a tough, physical presence up front and sets the tone in the trenches. He plays with a strong base and a competitive mindset, showing a clear willingness to finish blocks and stay engaged through the whistle.

In the run game, Brian does a solid job generating movement at the point of attack. He uses his hands to latch on and works to drive defenders off their spot, helping create lanes for the backfield. He shows effort working to the second level and understands how to stay connected through contact.
