There’s a lot of reason to believe Caleb is due for a breakout senior season. Athletically, he’s average across college prospect RBs. Pretty much all of his testing numbers at the Prep Redzone Combine Series placed anywhere from the 45th-55th percentile. On film, Caleb shows a lot that’s impossible to evaluate in the offseason. Namely, Caleb has good contact balance. There were several instances last season where Caleb bounced off tackle attempts and gained a few extra yards. The explosive plays weren’t there because of his average athleticism, but next season, I wouldn’t be shocked if Caleb shows improvement from April.
