He continues to show up in the biggest of ways and is one of the running backs I believe could find himself rising in the rankings if he continues to produce at a high level. His success so far leads many to believe that more is to come in the year 2026. He ranks as No. 17 right now and rounds out the top five when it comes to running backs in the class of 2028 in the state of Louisiana.

Caiden Bellard Caiden Bellard Caiden Bellard 5'10" | 190 lbs | RB/ATH Lafayette Christian | 2028 State LA is one of the better players in the state when it comes to playing both ways, as he has played offense and defense at a high level, although offense has been his focus. He was great in 2025, but with years remaining it is safe to say that he is bound to have one of the better 2026s and careers when it comes to all of 2028 prospects in the state. Bellard is the one that I will be keeping my eye on the closest ahead of the 2026 season.
